Telecoms
Eight years as lead BI consultant to a major UK mobile network operator
Energy & utilities

Why the organisations are not named

Because most of it sits under NDA, inside regulated programmes or behind a security boundary - and that discretion is part of what those clients were buying. Trading it for a logo on this page would say more about how I would treat your name than it would about the work. So the sector, the scale and the outcome are exact, and the client is not named.

What I can do is put you in front of the people I did it for. References are available on request for any of the work above, and colleagues and clients have written publicly about what it was like.

Fifteen minutes will tell you if this fits

Bring the problem - the stalled pilot, the systems that do not talk, the manual process eating your team. You will get a straight answer on whether it is sprint-shaped, roughly what it would cost, and when it could be running.
